Project objectives:
Meeting domestic industries’ demand for steel cord and textile-reinforced conveyor belts
Saving more than USD 8 million in foreign currency annually and ending foreign dependence for steel cord belts
Steel cord conveyor belts use strong wire reinforcements; textile-reinforced conveyor belts use polyester, polyamide or a combination of both.
